The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team as an independent contractor on a 65/35 split. This is a strong fit for an RMT who values quality care, wants steady growth, and enjoys a supportive, well-run clinic environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality Massage Therapy treatments (assessment, treatment, reassessment)
- Support common concerns: stress/tension, neck/shoulders, low back pain, headaches, posture, and recovery support
- Complete intake, contraindication screening, and informed consent
- Maintain accurate chart notes and documentation to professional standards
- Provide professional home-care suggestions (hydration, stretching, breathwork, self-care)
- Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and client safety standards
- Deliver a calm, respectful experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
- Must be in good standing with the CMTO
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong understanding of contraindications, scope, and best practices
- Excellent communication and a regulated, caring presence
- Ability to invoice as an independent contractor (HST/GST registration if applicable)
Direct Billing & Receipts
Our clinic supports clients with insurance receipts and may offer direct billing where available/eligible. The RMT must be comfortable working within professional standards for billing, documentation, and client communication related to coverage.
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Cupping, hot stone, deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, or TMJ experience
- Interest in integrative care (reflexology collaboration, aromatherapy add-ons, nervous system regulation focus)
- Comfortable using online booking/clinic software (training provided)
Compensation
Independent contractor position with a 65/35 split (details discussed and confirmed during onboarding).
Room Rental Rates available
Daily $100 and monthly $1500 with full Admin support laundry service and marketing – first three months are free and the contract month by month basis and agreement in terms & clinic management
