The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Certified Reflexologist (Independent Contractor) to join our team on a split-based compensation model. This is a great fit for a practitioner who values quality over rushing, wants to grow a steady clientele, and enjoys working in a supportive, high-standard clinic environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality Reflexology treatments (feet/hands/ears as trained)
- Complete intake, informed consent, and contraindication screening
- Create simple, client-centered care plans focused on regulation and restoration
- Maintain accurate chart notes and documentation
- Uphold hygiene/sanitation standards and client safety
- Deliver a calm, professional client experience from start to finish
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture and collaborative environment
Requirements
- Certified Reflexologist (recognized training/certification)
- Must be in good standings with Reflexology association of Canada and must have a RCRT title
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong understanding of contraindications, safety, and professional scope
- Excellent communication and a regulated, caring presence
- Ability to invoice as an independent contractor (HST/GST registration if applicable)
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting stress, sleep concerns, headaches/migraines, hormonal shifts (peri/menopause), and chronic tension
- Interest in integrative care (aromatherapy, somatic support, wellness programs)
Compensation
Independent contractor position with a split-based payout. Split details are discussed based on experience, availability, and services offered.
Room Rental Rates available
Daily $100 and monthly $1500 with full Admin support laundry service and marketing – first three months are free and the contract month by month basis and agreement in terms & clinic management
